- Patient
- Ordering Provider
- Clinical Date
- Orderable Item
Use Case Example:
- Orders are placed in the EHR and a paper process is used to communicate the order to the lab.
- This requisition contains an Allscripts-driven order number.
- Unfortunately, when the electronic result comes back, it is missing the Allscripts-driven order number.
- Thus instead of closing out the original order, the result is treated as unsolicited and creates a “duplicate” order.
