This is the standard Results printout, which includes a flow sheet containing history of the same series of tests for physicians to compare. The “Flow sheet” mimics the History seen in the v11 Order Viewer, which our clients have found useful for evaluating results over time.

Allscripts Enterprise EHR Reports Gallery

Here we are showcasing reports that we have developed for our clients. These have been built in the Allscripts Enterprise EHR, available through the Reports screen. We have also included a handful of Custom Report Forms, which are customized versions of the printed forms that you see throughout TouchWorks – Results, Worksheet, Snapshot, etc.

The reports below represent a small subset of the hundreds of TouchWorks reports created by our Technical Services team.
