Patient Worksheet
Patient Worksheets gathers all the patient’s information for the clinician in one report. Information gathered in the report includes changes in demographics that the patient reports, new immunization notification, medical problems, most recent vital signs, and current medications. With this report, clinicians can have all the information they’d need when they meet with the patient. This report can be printed in two ways, clinicians may either print out the report for one patient only, or they may print out the worksheet based on the daily schedule in which the report will have multiple patients.
This printout can be used to summarize a patient’s EHR chart for providers who are not yet using the EHR. It may also be used if your providers are hesitant to use the EHR, by providing a “crutch” between the paper world and their full use of the EHR.
